First Known Criminal Indictment of a Domain Thief Has Been Handed Down by NJ Attorney General

In August we told you about the arrest of Danny Goncalves, the man accused of stealing P2P.com and selling it on Ebay for six figures. This evening we are happy to report that Goncalves has been indicted by New Jersey’s Attorney General – the first known instance of a domain thief being indicted on criminal charges.
